YES:   12246   (58%)
NO:    8799     (42%)

While this is not the outcome we sought on this day we can claim success in the overall battle to PROTECT the Citizens and Taxpayers of Troy.
- Passed the Taxpayer Protection Amendment in the City Charter
- Defeated the 1.9 mill general fund increase in February 2010
- Defeated the (4) approx 1 mill library district proposals in November 2010
